SHIPPING POLICY

We do our own shipping in house. Prices may vary per item and by distance. We work to get the shipping started the day you place your order. Packages will be shipped out the first following business day. Travel times will vary based on your delivery address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If a product is in need of a return, we only accept an item return and refund if the item is unopened or broken/defective upon arrival.

We grant a refund in-store credit where you can work with us directly to get you a new product of equal or lesser value. Or we can help to send a replacement item of the same type.
